2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. In the event of an obvious pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

3. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email. A contract is formed once we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Payment

We accept secure payments via PayPal, including PayPal’s buyer protection. Payment is taken at the time of order.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free within the UK. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for timescales and coverage.

6. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel or return eligible items in line with our Refund & Returns Policy and your statutory rights.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
