Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 30 days and returns are free.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. In addition, Kitchen4 extends this to a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unwanted items.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
How to return an item
- Email help@kitchen4.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide return instructions and a free returns label or collection where applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds include the price paid for the item.
Faulty or damaged goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or develops a fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you, including return postage for faulty items.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once used or unsealed. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.
