Billing Policy

This Billing Policy explains how Kitchen4 (operated by ADFUR LIMITED) charges for orders placed at https://kitchen4.co.uk. It applies to all purchases made by customers in the United Kingdom and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We sell to the United Kingdom only. The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay for the goods.

  • Free UK delivery is included on all orders, so there is no separate delivery charge.
  • There are no hidden fees or surcharges added after checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors before your order is dispatched. If a price is clearly incorrect, we will contact you and offer to proceed at the correct price or to cancel and fully refund your order.

Payment method

Payment is taken securely through PayPal, which also allows you to pay by most major debit and credit cards. Your purchase benefits from PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal’s own terms. Kitchen4 does not see or store your full card details.

When you are charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. By completing checkout and confirming payment, you authorise the charge to your chosen PayPal or card account for the total order amount shown. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a binding contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your goods.

Receipts and invoices

An order confirmation is sent by email once your payment is authorised, and PayPal will also email you a payment receipt. A VAT receipt or invoice can be provided on request by contacting us at help@kitchen4.co.uk.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, incomplete or cannot be verified, your order will not be processed and no goods will be dispatched. Please check your payment details with PayPal or your card provider and try again, or contact us for help. We may cancel any order where payment has not been successfully received.

Refunds and your rights

Refunds are made to your original PayPal or card payment method. We offer 30-day free returns on UK orders, with 1–2 day processing and 3–5 day delivery. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel most online orders under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We handle all personal and payment-related data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
