These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payment works when you shop with Kitchen4 (https://kitchen4.co.uk), the online store operated by ADFUR LIMITED. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below. They should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns policy.

Accepted payment method

We accept payment through PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance or any debit card, credit card or bank account linked to your PayPal account. PayPal Buyer Protection applies to eligible purchases, giving you an added layer of reassurance when you order from us. You do not need a PayPal account to check out with a card, where PayPal’s guest option is available.

Authorisation of payment

When you place an order, you authorise us (through PayPal) to charge the full order amount, including any applicable taxes. Your order is only accepted, and a contract is formed, once payment has been successfully received and we confirm your order by email. If payment is declined or later reversed, we may cancel or suspend your order.

Currency and pricing

We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on all UK orders. If you fund your PayPal payment in another currency, any currency conversion and associated fees are handled entirely by PayPal or your card issuer, not by Kitchen4, and we have no control over the exchange rate applied.

Pricing errors

We take care to price our products accurately, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover that a product has been listed at an incorrect price before your order is accepted or dispatched, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, we may treat the order as cancelled and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

Taxes

Prices are quoted inclusive of UK VAT where it applies, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no additional taxes or hidden fees for UK orders.

Card details and data

We do not store your full card details on our systems. Card payments are processed securely by PayPal, and your sensitive payment information is handled by PayPal under their own security standards. We process your personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No recurring subscriptions

All purchases are one-off transactions for the goods you order. We do not operate subscriptions, memberships or recurring billing, and we will never charge your payment method on an ongoing or automatic basis.

Refunds

Chargebacks and disputes

If something is wrong with your order or a charge, please contact us first so we can put it right quickly. We are always happy to help, and raising a chargeback or PayPal dispute before contacting us can delay resolution.
